WalkDeeside has many years' experience of providing outdoor activities for companies and organisations as part of a team building programme, as an interlude during a conference or as a staff social day out. We have found that trail cycling, Nordic walking, wildlife watching or an appropriately graded guided walk provides an opportunity for staff to reflect on their team building work and to relate to colleagues outwith the office environment.
