Cairngorm Weekend
Mountain Walking Holiday Description We will be walking into the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, an area of unique landscapes, wildlife and habitats.
What, when and how much? This weekend we will be tackling some of the remoter hills such as Beinn a’ Bhuird, Ben Avon, Cairn Toul or Beinn Bhrotain. From the high tops we will be able to see craggy peaks and vast open spaces of sub-arctic tundra and then to gaze down into the deep passes which divide the landscape with their glacially carved out lochs. We will pass the remains of ancient dwellings and hopefully catch a glimpse of some of the rare wildlife species which have made this wilderness their home.

Testimonials “Challenging days but very rewarding. The long walks-in were a fantastic time to get to know my companions and to learn about the local environment.”"Just to say thank you very much again for guiding the walk to Cairn Toul and Angel's Peak last Saturday, all greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed our day out together in the hills! I felt really invigorated after the walk. I hope that your forthcoming trips go as well and I look forward to seeing you again in the future."
